Financial Markets and the Global Economy

China’s spectacular growth has slowed considerably since the 2008 global financial
crisis.  What are the likely prospects for China’s future economy? How will they have various impacts on the global economy? This course is designed to address these and other important issues by offering conceptual frameworks and analytical tools for understanding the complex financial and economic interactions between China and the rest of the world in the past decades and into the future.
